In order to better serve our customers, we are making adjustments to our Lease (Customer Care Plan) and our extended warranty exchange policy. We in good faith continued to ship units out based on a simple phone call from the rig(s) indicating the unit(s) were down and that replacements are required ASAP. As we sent units out, it would take an average 3 1/2 weeks to get the original units back and this proved to be difficult to provide appropriate credit memo's, etc.
